2 bed en-suite flat in New Islington

We are sadly both moving out of our lovely flat in October (mid-end) and looking for someone to take over our contract (12 months minimum).

The flat is in the Lampwick Quay building in New Islington, near the marina. The building has 24/7 concierge, a gym and a communal living/working area.

The flat has two evenly sized, spacious rooms with built in storage, both with en-suite bathrooms. The living room/kitchen area is large with all the usual appliances and a dishwasher. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine and freezer, as well as a storage cupboard (perfect for coats, shoes etc!)

As this is a tenancy takeover the property will be taken as seen, the flat comes unfurnished but we are happy to discuss leaving some bits behind if needed (such as sofa, beds).
