This is a lovely two bedroom apartment both ensuite in a great building mostly with young professionals. ONE ROOM ONLY AVAILABLE! It's on the third floor and obviously a lift if you want it.
£1,082 per room and council tax is £200 for the flat so divided my 3/4 people. All other bills are included. Fully furnished including washer / drier, dish washer etc and lots of storage apart from a TV.
It's in a great area of town, next to everything and perfect transport. The apartment seems to be great sound proofing and has double glazing windows which we can open fully and black out blinds. Lots of natural light.
The building has a gym, bar for parties (at the top of the building), co working space and cinema area all free. Also has free meeting rooms you can book I think 20 hours a week.
Me (Henry) British, 37 and Akari 32 from Japan, we will be moving in as well on the 13th October so looking for a nice flat mate or couple to take the other room. We are easy going, considerate, fun and like to socialise but also independent and not looking for a party flat a lot. Hope you are as well.
Easy to arrange a viewing with the tenants who are living there at the moment, I can put you in touch with them.
5 months left on the lease which then can be renewed. This place is great and the picture don't do it justice and the bedrooms are bigger! I don't have other photos.
