The rooms are on the first floor of my home with dedicated shared family bathroom just for the two rooms and an additional toilet on ground floor which gives great flexibility of use as I dont use them

I live on the second floor which is an Ensuite and the fourth room is a study room. We will barely walk into each other as I spend most of my time in my room upstairs.

In general, the house is new, big, simple and lovely.
