The rooms are presented to a 5-STAR HOTEL STANDARD and come fully furnished with a double bed and pocket sprung mattress, bedside table, double wardrobe, desk and chair, and chest of drawers.
 
There is a BIG communal kitchen/diner with all mod cons... so great for socializing after work as you prepare a meal. Your housemates are all full-time working professionals who like nothing better than to kick back and RELAX after a busy day's work in this quiet and friendly house. 
 
ALL-INCLUSIVE 
ALL BILLS are included within the rent; TV, gas, electric, council tax, water, and broadband. The deposit is equal to one month's rent or we offer a deposit replacement insurance! 
 
FACILITIES 
As you would expect there's gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and WARM, plus there is a modern fire alarm and emergency lighting system to keep you nice and SAFE. White goods are all included, there's a 2x fridge freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and there's even a fortnightly CLEANER (for communal areas) too. The en suite room has a private bathroom and the double room shares a bathroom with one other person.
