Double room available in 2 bed flat, sharing with 1 female and 1 cat 😸 in an ideal location in M1 Piccadilly/NQ next to shops and close to all transport links.
The room is furnished with a bed, 2 bedside tables and 1 big wardrobe. The bed also has storage underneath.
There is also a private bathroom for your sole use (though not ensuite).
The living areas are open plan (kitchen/living/dining) and there's a large cupboard for storage with a washer and separate dryer.
The building itself is modern and accessible with concierge, bike storage, and a private parcel room for deliveries.
LGBTQ+ flatmates welcome, also bonus points if you are a cat lover!
About the household: I (Bea) am a Spanish young professional and live here with my sweet senior cat (Poppy). I'm quiet, clean and respectful, and enjoy spending time at home practising my hobbies, although I want to explore more of Manchester and meet new people!
