The reception offers parcel collection services, and maintenance is quick. There are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, making daily life very convenient.

The room is a classic studio, which is significantly larger than the basic studio, around 18 square meters, providing plenty of space. The microwave and oven have been recently replaced. However, since my girlfriend might visit next year and I'm considering moving to Vita or Hyatt, I'm looking to sublet this apartment.
