The flatmates are all girls, one of whom will be moving out in November, so it can be considered a 2-bedroom flat. They are all quiet and have no bad habits. The official price is £173 per week, but it can be negotiated to £170 per week. Bills are included (water, electricity, gas). It is available for rent from today! Because of some reasons, I need to move in with my friends.
P1 is the exterior of the building, P2-3 are the rooms, the silver room type is spacious at around 15 square meters. P4 is the elevator in the building, P5-P6 are the common areas.
There is central heating, a laundry room, a gym, electronic surveillance, a secure door entry system, and a front desk that can receive packages. The location is very close to Manchester University's South Campus, just 0.5km away and a 5-minute walk.
There are many shops nearby, including Morrisons and Sainsbury's, Costa, and supermarkets for easy grocery shopping. Lidl, Tesco, and Poundland are also nearby, about 1km away. Life is convenient!
The room has a balcony and large windows, is spacious and comfortable, and is affordably priced. The bed size is small double.
The front desk staff are kind, they can respond to your requires quickly. You can arrange to view the room in person.
The room and common areas will be kept clean by the current tenants. Because of the contract signing time, the lease period must be until August 31st, 2023.
