I am subletting a south-facing room on the first floor of a house with great sunlight. There is a shared kitchen for three people and a private bathroom with natural light.

The housemates are all University of Manchester students who are clean and quiet. The location is in M13, only a 10-minute bus ride to both the city center and the university, with the bus stop nearby.
