LGBT Room available in House share

Our household is a friendly LGBT environment where we are looking for another member of the community to join.
Preferable another male or male identifying.
We want to find someone who is sociable, clean and tidy and respectful of living with other people. We all pull our weight in the house and clean up.

Both of us are students, one In fashion and the other in physiotherapy and we have a preference for seeking out another mature student to join, but we are also ok with a working professional.

Both myself and my other housemate are very friendly and chatty. And we like to ensure the communal areas are kept clean and tidy as much as possible. We both also work as well alongside university.

The room is part furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The black furniture is the housemate who is leaving and so it will be white and light brown furnishings.

A shared bathroom with one of the housemates. A garden with garden furniture where we sometimes do BBQ in the summer and invite some friends over.

20-25 minute walk from Piccadilly station
5 minute walk from Ashbury station
Regular bus route into the city centre till late.
Or there is parking available if you drive.

Groceries:
5 minute walk to Tesco express
10 minute walk to Asda supermarket
Bus routes to Lidl and Morrisons 10-15 minutes

GP surgery is located very close if you need to register for a new one.

We have the landlords permission to seek out a new housemate so you will be required to go through the reference checks and you will pay the lettings agency £363 for the holding deposit while going through the checks. If you would like more information around this, drop me a message.

Please note that £650 per month is the max amount. Should you be a university student, this price will come down to around £610-£620 per month
