Looking for a flatmate- ☺️

Hii!
I’m a current tenant at the flat listed above. I’m looking for a chilled, clean, friendly person/ couple to live with. I am a student (so with council tax- would prefer living with one) but open to professionals as well. There’s no preference whatsoever over gender or sexuality.

I’m a post graduate student physiotherapist, and work part- time so spend most of my time either at uni, at work or at home studying. I like to go out on weekends. Would be nice to live with someone that loves to go out equally as i do, but also if you wanna chill that’s also fine!
I’m an extroverted- introvert, so as much as I like to socialise, i also like my “me” time.

I’m looking for another flatmate that can fill this room by February. However, if I don’t manage to do that, I won’t stay and extend the current tenancy.
