1 double room available in 2 bed house

It's a double room in a semi-detached house just over the border into Salford, 10 minutes walk from Salford Central, 25 minutes walk from Manchester city centre. The price is pretty mad for what you get, especially with parking, the garden, and the size of the bedroom. I should mention that it's possible the price might go up, we've had no mention of it but based on what happened last time it might rise to £500pcm, but that's still low.

With bills included it comes to around 600pcm, and nearer 700pcm every three months due to the water bill.

Flatmate has moved out so need to replace as i cant afford the rent on my own. Neighbours are also great, zero complaints.

Only real caveat is the length of the tenancy, as the landlord has mentioned selling at some point. You'd be guaranteed six months, though, it's just unclear where they'll wanna go from there.

Im a pretty chill housemate, I work as a teacher, so I am early to bed and up early during the week, and weekends a bit more relaxed.
