Looking for a professional to share an apartment

I am an Environmental professional, working hybrid and I am planning to take on this apartment from January onwards if I could able to find a suitable flat mate, it’s a two double bedroom apartment with spacious living and balcony. It’s nearer to city centre and there are tram station, bus facilities and Shops available within walking distance. To be honest it’s a nice furnished property and looking for someone clean, reliable and easygoing to share a friendly environment. Bills are not included in the price and council tax comes under band B.
