Studio Flat all bills included

Hi, I’m currently living in a fully furnished studio apartment with all bills included, and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as I plan to move out to live with my partner.

The building is managed by a company and has a concierge service, but they now rent exclusively to students, including PhD candidates; unfortunately, they no longer rent to professionals. I’m flexible with the move-in date, but the minimum rental period is until August 28th. If you move in later, the stay must be at least 6 months.

The rent is £1150 per month, all bills included (internet as well). The apartment is very modern, close to the university, with plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, TV, washer/dryer, and any technical issues are resolved promptly.
The rent will also give you access to a gym across the road and study rooms.
