Bright Spacious Room Available in NOMA

Dear Flathunters,

I have a room available in my flat as my flatmate has decided to move in with his girlfriend. I have lived here for three years now and the landlord is absolutely fantastic! We have virtually had zero problems since moving in but hes always been on hand to help out.

The flat is based in the NOMA area so is ten mins walk from NQ, Victoria or Ancoats so really handy for quick zips into town. The flat is technically on ground floor but is raised off the road so people cant easily peek in. The open plan living area has my own large corner sofa, large tv, firestick and a fully equipped kitchen. As well as a washing machine it does also have a tumble dryer. However I do also have a large clothes heated drying rack which is handy for keeping costs down.

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has a huge window letting in lots of natural light. The large main bathroom would pretty much be yours to use exclusively as I have my own ensuite.

A bit about me I work at a University, Monday-Friday. Im laid back person who likes the outdoors, snooker and a little bit of cycling. My friends call me an old man and theyre not too far wrong about that. I enjoy going to (our) new local the angel for a pint or two. Firmly stand by the fact its the best pub in MCR. However i do do enjoy my own personal space :)

You MUST be clean and tidy. Im not completely anal just someone who knows how to wipe a surface down and use a dishwasher/wash up. If youre sociable and want to go for a walk or down to the local even better!

Move in date will be mid to late March but thought it was best to advertise early as time flies. Room is available for £522.50p/m which i think is really reasonable for this flat and location.

Bills of course vary but work out around £210 each. For wifi, water and electricity.
