City Centre 2b2b premium flat seeking a flatmate

I am a PhD student of Chinese History at the Uni of Manchester. My flatmate will relocate on Jan. 16 due to work arrangements so I need to find a new flatmate for the remaining contract period (till September 3) ASAP. The rent for the whole flat is £2200 per month so that of the spare room is £1100 per month (bills excluded).

This newly built 2b2b flat has a lot of free space, is well furnished and equipped with all high-end necessary appliances including dishwasher and fresh-air ventilation system, and is about 10-15mins walk from the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University campus. It also enjoys lifts, 24hr concierge and security services, free gym and Tesco Express & Starbucks downstairs. Oxford Street Station and Piccadilly Station are both within 10mins walk so commuting between places is super convenient. Also, the Chinatown is just about 5mins walk away from the flat - a decent venture for all kinds of authentic Chinese food and goods if you are interested - and your new flatmate will be your best tour guide!

I am looking for a responsible flatmate, preferably a uni student as well (so we can get 100% council tax exemption and that’s a lot!), who are easy to get along with, do not smoke and has reasonable living habits. But the best living experience is always from sharing hobbies and spending time together! If you enjoy similar hobbies (i. e. history, movies, sci-fi, video games, anime and manga, music, hanging out, and post-dinner evening chatting about everything imaginable in our universe) as I do, then this flat and I will be your perfect choice.
