1 room available in North Manchester

I’m a professional that has 1 room available in a clean, spacious townhouse. This advert is for other professionals preferably. (Not accepting those on universal credit)

The house is furnished (bed, walldrobe, dining table, sofa’s, fridge, washing machine and dish washer), although there is room for you to bring personal items such as pots, pans , plates, bed side table etc.

Room A bright room with double bed, with a 2 door walldrobe with natural light. (£530 excluding bills) - available from 1st April 2025

Both tenants will share the family bathroom and will be responsible for up keep.

Shared areas include the living, kitchen and garden and there is also street parking for those that have a car.

Between the 3 of us, we’ll rotate cleaning communal areas and tidy as we go.

Area:
- Gym - within 7 minutes walk
- Moston train station - within 10/15 minutes walk
- Supermarkets - Tesco, Asda, Lidl and petrol station less than 10 minutes in the car
- 12 / 15 minute drive into Manchester City centre

Looking for house mates, that are clean, tidy, sociable and most importantly respectful. (Male or female)

Bills include broadband, Netflix, basic sky package, water, gas, electricity, council tax and service charge. (You will be required to pay a deposit and sign a tenancy agreement)

Lastly, to make life easier, I’m happy to add £10 to the monthly rent and I’ll pick up communal necessities such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, and washing powder and toilet roll.

*I’m open to short term lets.
