Beautiful two-bed flat in New Islington

Hi, I'm Charlotte, the current resident at the flat! I'm looking for someone to take over my room mate's lease as she's moving in with her partner.
It's a beautiful sixth floor apartment with a stellar view, decent sized rooms with double beds and a lovely communal area (open plan living/dining/kitchen space). We're really close to the city centre and just a five minute walk from the marina and a fifteen minute walk to NQ. There's also parking available (though not included in rent).
The living space has a sociable vibe, so am looking for someone relaxed and friendly who doesn't mind chilling together in the evening. An added bonus if you like doing random creative stuff every now and again or having a natter over coffee / something stronger.
I work from home two days a week and have quite a demanding job, so it'd be helpful if you're ok with keeping things quiet past 11pm on Mon-Thurs and don't work night shifts.
Occasionally my bf, who lives in Sheffield, stays for the weekend (and vice versa I'll be away in Sheff on some weekends).
The room is unfurnished (the furniture in the pictures are my current flatmate's).
