Large room in a lovely house in Withington

Looking for a flatmate to take over a room in our sunny, colourful house in Withington! The room is probably the biggest in the house, w a double bed, desk, chimney (!), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a lovely view of the garden, but is is on the ground floor.

We also have a big living room, a kitchen/dining room, a bathroom, and three rooms upstairs. Our garden is maintained by the landlord and features a pond! It's a chill, fun house of professionals and one current postgrad student. We love to watch films, go on walks and cook together. We're looking for someone who would equally enjoy the quiet area and who keeps to mostly regular hours, but is down to socialise too!

Council tax band C, 500 pcm excluding bills, and flexible move in - could work around you, but would need to be in June or early July!
