Double room available (from March 2026) in a terraced house.

I am looking for a tidy, respectful lodger, who is independent and friendly... and is also happy to live with a cat :-)

I'm a live in landlord and love making my house a peaceful place to be. It's really important to me to have a calm and clean home, where I can be creative, cook healthy food and relax. I also enjoy being with nature/plants on the allotment. I work Mon-Fri and some evenings, occasionally working from home.

Shared facilities:

- Kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer).
- Bathroom (shower and bath).
- Access to a smaller room that is currently set up as an office space.
- Two living rooms (one with a wood burner!)
- Small yard outside with seating.

Council tax and bills (gas/electric/internet) are included in the £550 monthly price.

£100 deposit.

The house is in an excellent location:

- 3 min walk to the bus stops on Princess Road (or a 45 min walk/15 min cycle) to the city centre.
- 5 min walk to Alexandra Park.
- 15 min walk to the Whitworth Art Gallery or curry mile.
