£650 p/m, smaller double room, gym, 24hr concierge

Hi! I live in Greengate apartments and I’m looking for a flatmate to renew my tenancy for a similar 2 bed flat in Greengate 17th floor with. Total rent is £1400 but I would need the bigger room of the two in the apartment which comes with an ensuite bathroom so i’m happy to pay more and have the rent split between us is this way, so I’d be paying £750p/m. Open to discussing this.

All our bills (electric, water and Wi-Fi) not including council tax usually comes up to around only £140p/m each and even less in summer time. We have a lovely lobby, 24hr concierge and a really great well equipped gym. We’re only a 7 min walk away from city centre, Arndale, selfridges, Harvey Nics etc. also Victoria train station and exchange square tram stop. We’re also a 2 min walk from Sainsbury’s. It’s an ideal location because we have ALL the perks of living in central mcr but with half the rent!

I’m a student so I’d prefer a contract until July 2027 but I can also do 2x 9 months contracts if you’re also a student and need to go back home for the summer :)

There will be a deposit but it’s not confirmed how much yet. Previously it was rougly around £1400 between the two of us, but we are not entirely sure how much it will be once the tenancy is renewed after November I’m awaiting more info from management and will update as soon as we know more. 😊 thanks
