Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 2 bed apartment in Anaconda Cut as I’m moving in with my partner.

About the flat mate:
I met him through spareroom almost 2 years and I’ve lived with him since as he’s become a good friend. He’s extremely tidy, cleans up after himself and is very respectful of the shared space. He works in the office 3 days a week and goes gym/out often so you’ll have plenty of time for yourself in the flat if that’s what you’re after. That being said, he’s also very social/friendly so would also love to just hang out if that’s what you’d prefer.

On a personal note, I’ve had a great time living here, both due to the actual flat and because of my flatmate. Only leaving because, as stated, I’m moving in with my partner (we’re actually looking for a place in Anaconda Cut). Otherwise I’d still happily be living here.
