Urgent, need someone asap until end of August! 1st come 1st served. Fantastic ensuite double bedroom with south facing window in Ardwick Grove Village . Very convenient location, garden, 2nd toilet downstairs.
Everyone has a cupboard space and fridge space. Urgent tenant needed from 1st May but room is available now, landlord would need someone to sign the contract this week so it will be a case of 1st come 1st serve as long as you are working and and can provide deposit, I. d. proof of income with statements/payslips.

Unfortunately due to things falling through, we need a tenant URGENTLY to take my room until the end of August 31st. It's a short term let but it's a lot cheaper than anything else you'll get in the area. 1 minute walk to 192 bus in Stockport road, which has buses every 5 minutes. Takes 10 minutes to get to Manchester centre, or only 5 minutes to get to Piccadilly station.
5 minute cycle or 17 minute walk to Mri hospital, and close to universities.

There's a post office, Nisa Local, pizza shop, chicken shop, pharmacy, greggs, subway, all within 1-3 minute walk from the house.

There is parking but you need to apply and pay for a permit for this via Manchester city Council but you can apply for guest parking too.

The landlord unfortunately will not renewing tenancy at the end of the contract so this would be just a room for the summer until you can find something else, but it's a great room and great location.

We don't pay council tax as the landlord takes care of this, but all other bills are shared between 4, the bills are approximately £80-100 per month, it's less in summer, more in winter. Broadband is included in this bill, wifi works well also. Not a party house

Current house all professionals, some working from home and others in the office.
The landlord is very good and has been very responsive and helpful so far.

Deposit is £520 and is placed in the "my deposit " government backed scheme, deposit to be paid when signing contract, then you will be provided with a certificate with the details of your secured deposit.
