Hey!

I’m Zahrah (28) and I’m looking for a kind, responsible, and tidy person to take the spare single room in this lovely two-bedroom flat. Ideally, a professional or a mature student who’s also a cat lover — because you’ll be sharing the home with my two beautiful cats Muezza and Nova (pictured at the end!) They’re super friendly, kinda goofy, a little shy, and very well-behaved.

*I’m looking to share with females only* I’m really hoping to find someone I can get along with and be friends with, while still completely respecting each other’s space and boundaries.

A little about me:
I’m currently doing my Masters and work as a wedding photographer, so you’ll often find me studying or editing from home (unless I’m out shooting weddings!). I’m a bit of a homebody, I’m easygoing, love the occasional spontaneous movie night, and take a lot of pride in creating a peaceful, cosy home environment. I’m also neurodivergent, so a calm, serene living space is really important to me (not a fan of parties & loud gatherings at home).

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home (just to keep things balanced), but if you do and you think we’d vibe — I’m happy to have a chat and see how it could work!

• 10 mins by car

• Minimum tenancy: 6 months (with the option to renew after)
• Viewings available from May 26th onwards — no deposits or contracts will be signed without an in-person viewing first.
