🕒: Rental period from June 14th to August 30.
💷 Start date and rent are negotiable.
The room comes with air conditioning, bills included, and official subletting.
Benefits: All unused items will be given upon moving in.
Location: The apartment has complete facilities and is in a super convenient location. There are Chinese and Korean supermarkets, Subway, KFC, milk tea shops, and Chinese and Korean restaurants downstairs.
Only a 5-minute walk to Oxford Road Station, making it easy to travel to other cities in the UK.

🚶 15-minute walk to the city center, including large shopping centers like Aldi and Marks & Spencer.
The flat comes with a fridge and microwave, and I clean it weekly, so it’s very clean. There is also a piano in the room.

I’m open to short-term rentals (minimum 1 month), but ideally, someone can take it for the whole period.

Rent: £295 per week, paid directly to the reception (negotiable).
