The property is situated in Victoria park, with a bus stop at the end of the road that can take you to both UOM and MMU (10 minutes) and into the centre (15 minutes). The rent is £671 which includes gas, and I currently pay £55 for everything else. You’d have your own parking spot if needed, the community is gated so it’s safe, and there’s a beautiful garden out back to enjoy. Neighbours are lovely and the landlords are so chill, there’s an onsite 24hr maintenance guy too. Gardener every 2 weeks, and they clean all your windows - it’s a dream! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy due to illness, but I’d live here forever if I could!
