Ensuite Room - Find a room mate

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for a flatmate to share a lovely flat with me in central Manchester.

🛏️ The flat includes:

One ensuite bedroom – you’ll have the main bedroom with a private ensuite shower room

One double bedroom – currently occupied by me

A shared kitchen

A shared living room

A second private toilet

Hyperoptic high-speed WiFi

📅 The room will be available from 7 August 2025.

💷 Rent is £700 per month (bills and council tax not included). We split all bills equally.

📝 A reference check will be required as part of the process.

A little about me:
I work full-time at an NHS hospital, usually Monday to Friday, and sometimes on weekends. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. My interests include reading, working out, and cooking.
