Hi there! I'm Jean, recently moving to Manchester - have found a lovely flat and I'm looking for someone to share it with, ideally a female professional or student who is willing to split the council tax lol.

I'm a quiet, clean and easy-going person who likes my own space, but also enjoys going to gigs, hiking, going to gym or just chilling with friends; I'm perfectly happy for us to be respectful and keep it to ourselves, but if we click and wanna hang out that'd be nice too ;))

The flat is very conveniently located near the southern end of Oldham Road in Ancoats, very close to Manchester city centre, about 1 min walk to multiple bus stops.
It's 2 min walk away from Sainsbury’s and Tesco, loads of other grocery stores and gym options within 10 min walk as well.

This is a gorgeous modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat, completely furnished, with plenty of natural light. My bedroom is en-suite so you'll basically have the large bathroom all to yourself - we’d share the fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room and a petite but lovely balcony between us.
Appliances include fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
