Double rooms close to levenshulme

me and my housemate Luke have 2 friends moving out of our 4 bed house. So we will have 2 double bedrooms available from 15th September!

**one room remaining - have a new person moving in, in September Laura - 29 - starting an Msc in Speech and Language therapy.

We are particulatly keen for mature students especially, as we will all be doing postgraduate courses for 2 years, so would mean no coundil tax if we have a 4th :) but open to professionals and we will split the council tax.

We like to hang out in the living room, go to comedy nights/socialise together, and would be nice to find another person we can become friends with.

We both also like our own space as well and are respectful of that.

We have lots of interests including music/festivals/nature/creative projects/yoga etc. And up for pub trips too!

The house is really big and well maintained by the landlady, it is spread across 3 floors and there are 2 bathrooms (one downstairs - that is about to be redone that is behind the kitchen, and one on the middle floor).

We have a large yard (not much in it right now but considering a bike shed as we both have bikes) and be nice to dress it up a bit.

The room is fully furnished and we have a large cellar as well. Landlady is extremely accommodating so would be flexible with the furniture if you have some of your own/want things changed.

We have a dining room that will have a table in and used as somewhere to work from home/do exercise etc. Would be nice to get a sofa bed so we can have people over as well. (No picture of this room yet! But is same size as the other 2 rooms shown).

we are definitely keen to dress the house with more plants and things on the walls so we are open to anything you bring with you and put a collective stamp on it :).

We also have an air fryer and tumble dryer and lots of kitchen things.

The location is border. of Longsight, really handy for town - on the 192, and 5 minute walk to lidl - longsight, and then your on stockport road near cringle park and levenshule. Even closer to Birchfields park as well for more green space.

Ideally looking to sort this in the next week to confirm with the landlady next month about the change over :)

Bills are around 90 to 100 on top per month. Including council tax. (70 without council tax)

The tenancy agreement runs for 6 months but would like people who want to stay at least a year really .
