Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st September 2025 to 28th February 2026
The house is just behind big Sainsbury’s in Fallowfield/Withington area, the house is 4 girls at the moment, the other 3 girls are lovely and very sweet, we all get along really well and sometimes go out together, ideally looking for a woman postgrad or working professional and likely won’t consider students due to council tax.
Super easy to get into town, couple mins walk to the train station, and lots of bus stops in the area. High street a very short walk with good food and other bits.

Bills are £80-90 per person per month.
