Single room for rent near Moss Side park

I have a bedroom for rent upstairs. This is a single room with a bed, TV, desk, chair, clothes storage and a large window facing the back. This room allows for a lot of light in the afternoon.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one of them is featured as shown, and the other double room is occupied by a 23 year old student from Vietnam.

There is a kitchenette upstairs which is just for yourself and the person staying in the other room. This kitchenette has an air fryer, a hot top (hob), microwave, kettle and toaster (it does not have conventional oven/stove). The upstairs bathroom is currently a shared bathroom, though I am building a bathroom for myself downstairs. I occupy the downstairs of the house.

Please note: I do not have a washing machine and use a local laundrette to wash my clothes.

My house is a 2-minute walk away from Princess Road, and close to a park.

These is no deposit but there are checks i’ll need to do before taking on an agreement with you:
- Right to rent (photo I. D.)
- Proof of employment and earnings

I’ve already had interest in the room, but I’m looking for the right fit. No couples.
