Double room in Spinngfields/ Salford

I have a room going in my flat as my flatmate is relocating for work! It’s in Salford/Spinningfields. Move in is ideally from 15th of September but can be some wiggle room.

The flat is lovely, nicely finished and gets tons of natural light! We are floor 17 so the sunsets are great up here :)) The room has a double bed and build in wardrobes (the white drawers in the corner are mine that i’m taking with me so those would be removed!) You also have full access to the main bathroom as the other room is ensuite! There is a 24/7 concierge service who’re all lovely, a coworking space, apartment gym and parcel room.

I currently work in fitness, meaning I mainly work from home! Would be looking ideally for someone who either works from the office or a mix of home and office!

Love a social flat and happy with pals over but also partial to some downtime in the evening I’m pretty easy going!

The rent is £720/month, and bills plus council tax come to around 200 each

You’d also need to pass reference checks etc as with usual tenancies, but UK guarantors are also accepted if needed :))
