Flatmate’s moving down under so, guttingly, having to look to fill her room.

The Room: Beautiful double room with double height ceilings in a listed building. Two sash windows in bedroom and own bathroom with bath/shower.

The flat: First floor flat right in the thick of things. Main space has six double height sash windows (the chlorophyll clan are sure to Thrive). Kitchen with all the amenities including a dishwasher. Two entrances with a lift to use for move in.

Loads of storage available with a big wardrobe in the corridor plus a wardrobe that we moved out for my previous flatmate. Letting agents are super prompt, have lived here two years and never had an issue. Landlord’s happy for you to decorate conscientiously (all artwork in pics I’ve added)

Smack bang in the middle of northern quarter with Victoria station 10mins walk and Piccadilly 15mins.

A bit about Biz (flatmate): I work in media, wfh 3 days a week. Outside of that I’m a poet and run monthly nights in the city as well as travelling round the country to perform. I’m well into my music and when not singing/dancing round the flat can be found at gigs of any flavour.

I enjoy cooking meals together n spend most weekends with a good book on the go or off on an adventure.
