(includes on-cost for larger room: £50 (sent to Chloé))

Bills: ~£80–120 utilities + £7 insurance + £162 council tax (all of this split by two, council tax subject to change when Chloé returns to uni)

We’re looking for someone to take over a furnished double room in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat on the edge of Northern Quarter and Ancoats – a buzzing area with loads of great bars, cafés, and restaurants.

The Room
• Spacious double bedroom with double bed + built-in wardrobe
• Bathroom is just outside the room (not en-suite), but it’s the larger bedroom in the flat
• Bright and modern, with access to shared living room and balcony

The Flat / Building
• Stylish, modern building with 24/7 concierge, parcel room, rooftop terrace & gym
• 7th floor with great views and lots of light
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer)
• Option to rent a garage space from the landlord

I bought a black shelf in your room which I’d like the new tentant to buy off me. Price negotiable.

About Your Flatmate 👯

You’ll be living with Chloe — genuinely the most loveable person and best roommate. She’s social and active (think runs, coffees, weekend trips) but also respectful of space and downtime. During the week she’s usually in bed early and spends a lot of time at the gym or on a run. She’s heading back to uni for her Master’s after working for a couple of years — the next person to live with her will be very lucky.

Move in date
As I am moving into my partner‘s house I am flexible when it comes to the move in date if required. Ideally you can move in the 08/11 (+/- 7 days)

Please note there’s a 50£ fee to get the tenancy agreement changed that would need to be covered by you 😊
