Spare room in 2 bed house in gorton

Looking for a house mate to share 2 bed house in west gorton near the monastery. It’s a lovely home all furnished with a large garden and driveway to the rear. Ideally looking for a professional who’s easy going and tidy. I’d be looking at putting the person on the tenancy with myself so they will have to go through referencing, and I’m told it can be either a 6 or 12 months contract, then it goes to rolling monthly after that.
