Alongside room space, you get access to all the home necessities - washing machine, dryer, fridge and a set of portable electric and non-electric airers, and even acoustic system in the kitchen, if you like to play music while cooking.
The house has a bathroom on 1st floor and a toilet on ground floor as well - you have access to both.
Three tenants are very friendly, welcoming people - one graduate and two final year students.
