Double room with en-suite to let in Ancoats

Hi! I’ve got a lovely large double room with its own private bathroom available in a modern apartment on the edge of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter. The flat has a shared lounge and kitchen, plus the building has a 24/7 gym, concierge, co-working space, a terrace overlooking Angel Meadows Park, and regular social events organised by the management company.

The building is a 10 min walk to Victoria Station, 20 mins to Piccadilly, and 10 mins to the Arndale Centre. Also very close to tram stations so perfect for getting around the city. There is no parking space included but plenty of places to park nearby.

I’m a master’s student and also work in healthcare, so my shifts vary each week. I’m chilled out and easy to live with but like keeping the place clean and tidy. In my free time I’m into the gym, yoga, travelling, cooking and eating out, going to gigs, or just chilling at home. I’d love to live with someone who’s friendly and social but also values their own space.

Rent: £850 per month

Bills: Not included – broadband is £25/month, and water/electric are on a meter (I pay around £100/month when living here alone).

Available immediately, ideally looking for someone who is keen to stay for a minimum of 6 months.
