I’m currently living with my boyfriend Michael (26), and we have a spare room. I’m going travelling for 6 months in January so looking for someone to move into the spare room.

Rent: £600 a month
Bills: £130 month (water, electricity, council tax) - internet already included

It would need to be at minimum from 1st Jan until August, then if you wanted to stay longer that is also possible.

The flat is close to town, bus stop right outside the building (15/20 mins to Piccadilly garden and they come every 10 minutes) or 30 min walk to deansgate. Great price for a large new build flat. Council tax band: B

Michael works in hospitality, is very chilled and independent. Likes playing and watching football, video games, cooking. He is also looking for someone he can get along with, perhaps watch/play football together and get the occasional takeaway!
