I’m looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to share my comfortable two-bedroom terraced house in Levenshulme - a vibrant and well-connected area between Manchester city centre and Stockport.

The available room is a fully furnished double with plenty of natural light and storage space. You’ll have access to a shared modern kitchen, a comfortable living room, a library/reading nook and a clean, shared bathroom. There’s also on-street parking available and it's within easy reach of public transport links, shops and cafes.

I’m a professional who mostly works from home, so I value a calm and tidy living space. I’m sociable and enjoy a chat over dinner or a board game but I also appreciate having quiet time and personal space. In my spare time, I’m usually out climbing or bouldering, doing arts and crafts or exploring new places around Manchester.

Short-term lets will be considered, and I’m open to someone who is easygoing, respectful and happy to share a relaxed and friendly home.
