Mill Point – Manchester – En-suite Room

A student en-suite room at Unite Students - Mill Point, Manchester (£231 per week) is available for transfer due to my son's decision not to continue his studies at UCFB. The accommodation is on the 6th floor and includes an en-suite bedroom and shared kitchen / living area. There is also a laundry room and reception on-site. As the building is at full capacity, this en-suite room would be ideal for someone studying centrally in Manchester. The contract runs until 18th July 2026. The room will be available from Thursday 16th October 2025.

I understand the process is for us to find a replacement to takeover the contract then you agree to the terms in taking over the contract directly with Unite Students, Mill Point, Manchester.
