Double Room in Modern Flat – £600pcm

Location: Salford (Adelphi Wharf area, just outside Deansgate)

My housemate’s moving out so I’m looking for someone new to take over their room from 16th November. It’s a great spot – just a short walk to Deansgate and Spinningfields, with easy access to transport links, gyms, and riverside walks.

The Room

- Good-sized double with plenty of storage

- Comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers etc.)

- Bright and quiet, with space for a desk if you WFH

The Flat

- Modern open-plan kitchen/living area

- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, all the usual bits)

- Spacious lounge with comfy sofa and TV – great for chilling after work or a weekend film night

- Clean and tidy – I’m not a neat freak but like to keep things comfortable and homely

About Me

I’m Archie – easy-going, mid-20s, working full-time in tech sales. I’m into running, fitness, football, tag rugby, and camping. Most evenings I’m either at the gym, out for a run, or just relaxing with some food and Netflix. I’m sociable but also enjoy downtime and respect other people’s space.

Ideally looking for someone friendly, considerate, and tidy – someone who’s happy to have a chat or share a pint now and then, but also does their own thing.

Rent & Bills

- £600 per month (bills not included)

- Council tax, internet, gas/electric, and water come to roughly £180 each a month (give or take depending on season)

Available from 16th November – flexible by a few days if needed.
