Location-wise, it’s perfect. Just a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station and the tram stop, making travel super convenient. The area is safe and central, with everything easily accessible.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, tidy, and respectful of personal space, but also open to being friends rather than just flatmates.😊
