The flat has a bright open-plan living space, a modern kitchen with integrated appliances, two good-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one is ensuite), a main bathroom. High-speed broadband is included in the rent.
The building has a parking. t’s professionally managed and well looked after.
Great location, about a mile from the city centre with excellent transport links, and close to universities, hospitals, shops, and parks.

The total rent is 1250pcm (which is divided in 2, so £625 for each person) and the deposit is £721.15 per each person.
