The room overlooks the property's peaceful garden, is furnished, and includes a brand new Emma mattress. All bills (with fast broadband) and council tax are included in the monthly rent.

You will have the use of the full house, which offers a large living room, dining room, a kitchen with access to the sunny courtyard, and a large private garden that is not overlooked. There is also a basement that contains the utilities such as the washing machine and dryer, as well as storage.

The house is very relaxed and easy-going: the two other residents are the landlord, who works in the visual arts (who is only at the house on average three days per week), and a twenty-five year old gaming student studying at Salford University. The person who takes the room will have the house to themselves much of the time.
