I’m moving out soon, so my large double room with an en-suite in a modern 5-bed townhouse in M11 will be available. It’s a really nice place — quiet, clean, and comfortable — and fully furnished.

The house is close to Manchester city centre, so it’s ideal if you’re working or studying there. Everyone here is really friendly and respectful — a mix of professionals and students — and it’s been a great place to live.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher) and a spacious living room. We also have a maintained garden, which is lovely in summer.

The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and fast Wi-Fi), so there’s nothing extra to worry about.
No fees either.
