Room available near city centre

My flatmate is moving out beginning of January and we're looking to find someone to take over her tenancy for the last 2 months (contract ends 6 March but I'll be staying here for the next one) or longer if you decide to stay.
All bills (inc council tax) on top of the rent have been between £120-£205 a month per person since I've moved in March but we haven't started putting heating on so may be a bit higher in winter time. There is also on site gated parking (not sure about the cost as not used it myself).
The flat is on 3rd floor and the bathroom is shared.
The big positive of this flat compared to other flats I'd viewed during my time in Manchester (been here 3.5 years now) is quite convenient storage space - both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. I also love the big windows in the living room which bring amazing sunrise into the living room.
There is also a washing machine (with dryer), toaster, kettle, vacuum, dishwasher (never used it but would be keen to test out if it really is more efficient than hand washing) and iron.
I work hybrid and study for exams (I'm not a student though so council tax will be split evenly) so I spend a good chunk of my time at my desk in the living room - something to take into consideration if you yourself are working from home.
In my free time, I like to watch shows/movies, try new restaurants, travel, and once every few months or so I have my friends or family visit for a few days. You'd of course be welcome to do the same, as long as it's reasonable.
I am also very tidy and like to keep my space this way, therefore, I expect the same from the person I live with.
