Available from late December to late August- dates flexible, but full period preferred.
The room is in a well-maintained flat on the 31st floor, south- facing, with a private bathroom. Due to its location at the corner, the room is 3-4 square meters larger than other rooms in this flat. Shared kitchen with 4 others(3 Chinese boys, 1 British girl). Very quiet and friendly flatmates.
Price: £260/week (originally £315/w, bills included)- negotiable.
Sublet goes through the official provider with price difference settled privately (safe & flexible - happy to discuss).
Excellent transport (3min to Oxford Road Station). 13min to UoM and 8min to MMU.
