I’m a University of Manchester student leaving my accommodation in January and looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy runs from January until 19th August, providing a comfortable and well-located place to stay for the remainder of the academic year.

The room is an ensuite within a shared flat of five, with four other male student flatmates. The flat features a shared kitchen equipped with all essential appliances and ample storage space.

The total rent is £5,037.50 for the full period, which works out to approximately £157.50 per week. All bills are included, covering electricity, heating, water, and high-speed internet.
