All utilities (heating, water, electricity) are included in the rent with no extra charges. The kitchen is spacious enough for daily cooking and storage. The kitchen and bathroom are shared among three people, and my roommates are friendly international girls—I’ve already “tested” them for you, so no need to worry about bad roommates! The bathroom even has a large bathtub.

I’ve lived here for a while and had a great experience. Now I’m looking to sublet due to personal plans. The apartment is in an excellent location—it’s less than a 20-minute walk to campus, making commuting a breeze. On the way to school, you’ll pass Lidl (a large supermarket), Poundland (a discount store), Tesco (a convenience store), and a park. It’s super convenient for grocery shopping and post-dinner walks. The surrounding area is quiet and safe, creating a perfect living atmosphere.

The apartment also offers free communal facilities like a gym and a movie room. The area downstairs is great for sunbathing. For maintenance issues, just contact the reception, and they’ll replace items for free (last time my radiator knob broke, they replaced it with a new one the next day).
