Wondering if anyone would be interested in taking over my tenancy anytime around January until 18th July 2026. It is a lovely spacious room in the attic in a 4 bed maisonette/flat. Only looking to have someone replace me as I want to move in with my boyfriend. It has two bathrooms and I currently share mine with one other girl. Happy to answer any other questions. Ideally i think the flat would prefer a girl or a very clean boy. We just pay our bills monthly dependent on what we use and it’s usually £63ish pp. Includes a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe & a mirror.
