En-Suite Room in Ancoats (available in February)

Hi everyone, I am looking for a new flatmate to replace my outgoing flatmate at the end of February. The flat is located in a great spot in Ancoats close to the Northern Quarter and the flat itself is new and the buildings which we are in have a concierge and are well looked after. The room you will go into has is en-suite. I have a bathroom to myself but not an en-suite and due to that the rent and bills are split evenly.

I moved to Manchester about 18 months ago and I’m looking for a social outgoing flatmate. My outgoing flatmate is moving in with one of her close mates.

The tenancy will be a change of sharer tenancy and whilst the rent is currently £676 it is due to change (I am currently awaiting the update). The rent has been confirmed as approximately £900 all in.
